I made Verde salas for the first time today. I surely fucked it up by roasting it for to long but its still the best god damn Verde salsa I have ever had.

    10 small Tomatillos

    Half an onion

    2 serrano peppers

    1 Jalapeno pepper

    8 cloves of garlic

    Half a bundle of cilantro

    Juice of full lime

    3 Floyds deluxe lager about 1/4 cup

    Drenched in Olive oil

    Roasted to oblivion on accident then blended

    Heat: mild

    flavor: heavily

    Drunk: yes
